Financial donations are always greatly appreciated. The financial support helps us to keep the house running smoothly.

If you would like to donate to a certain cause we can take gift cards or you can contact us and let us know.

Here at the Hospitality House we realize that as time changes many donors now prefer to send in a payment online rather than a check in the mail or in person.

In order to accommodate those individuals, we have established a PayPal account that will let us receive online donations for a small service fee of 3.25%.

This is a convenient and safe way to support the House!

Volunteer

We work our individual volunteers Monday – Friday for no more than two hours at a time.
The office opens at 9:00 AM and closes at 5:00 PM to volunteers Monday through Thursday.
9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Fridays to ensure a calm atmosphere for guest check-in.
Group volunteers and mission teams generally work the same hours with some Saturday options and different guidelines.

Opportunities

All volunteer work must be scheduled in advance by calling 936-291-6196

Yard Work

Lots of opportunities available to assist with mowing, trimming bushes and trees, weeding and planting flower beds, etc. No skill necessary just willingness to work hard!

Cleaning

Sanitizing toys, bedrooms, bathrooms, art building, etc. as well as overall household cleaning

Organizing

Santa Shop, backpacks, incoming donations, laundry items, food pantry and cleaning supplies

Cooking

Your group could provide a hot meal for a Friday or Saturday nights for our incoming guests. Please call to schedule (936) 291-6196

Electrical

Must be skilled electrician. Always have electrical needs where we could use some skilled help

Carpentry

Construction skills needed for small repairs, fences, gates, etc…

Painting

Small painting projects of exterior walls, bedrooms, main rooms, etc…
