In 2011, Edie Wells began the program in partnership with the Hospitality House, an overnight inmate family facility.
During their stay, they are invited to express themselves through the process of making art. Local artist/builder, Dan Phillips and many volunteers, created a whimsical art studio space to expand the program. Students from Sam Houston State University volunteer their time and energy to provide care, mentoring and hope for the children of the incarcerated and their families.
Bring your daughter, granddaughters, and friends for an exciting afternoon of door prizes, incredible raffle items, loads of fantastic food, and inspirational speakers!
Cost is $300 to sponsor a table for 8 ladies or $30 per individual. Limited tables are available, so call, register online, or email to book your table and reservation now! Once you’ve made your reservation, a confirmation letter with all the details will be mailed to you.
