Executive Director — Position Summary
The Executive Director of Texas Baptist Prisoner Family Ministry Foundation provides visionary, spiritual, and operational leadership for a Christian non-profit organization that offers temporary overnight accommodations, meals, and compassionate hospitality to families visiting incarcerated loved ones.
The Executive Director is responsible for advancing the mission, stewarding resources, cultivating relationships, and ensuring that all aspects of the organization reflect Christ-centered service, excellence, and integrity.
This role requires both spiritual leadership and hands-on management, balancing pastoral care with strategic oversight, fundraising, community engagement, and team development.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated faith commitment and alignment with Christian mission
- Experience in nonprofit leadership, ministry, or related fields
- Proven fundraising and donor development experience preferred
- Knowledge of governance and compliance requirements for a 501 c 3
- Strong organizational, financial, and administrative capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with wisdom and grace

Working Conditions
- Full time position, including evenings and weekends
- On-site leadership required to support guests, volunteers, and operations
- Emotionally demanding environment which includes ministering to the families of inmates currently incarcerated
- On-site living arrangements are available, if desired
